POS adds support for iOS and Smart Combo Function
KPay POS is now fully compatible with iOS devices (iPad), bringing ultimate mobility to your business. Manage your front-of-house ordering and backend admin directly from an iPad, freeing your operations from fixed, bulky counter terminals.
We have also rolled out a "Smart Combo Function" (撞餐功能). If a customer orders items individually, the system automatically detects the best combination, pairs them into the most cost-effective combo set, and displays the discount on both the screen and the printed receipt. This eliminates the need for manual math or re-entering orders, boosting staff productivity and customer satisfaction.
Custom Receipt Logos: Your receipt, your branding
We know how important consistent branding is to your business. KPay now offers a "Custom Receipt Logo" feature, allowing you to print your official company logo directly onto customer receipts, turning every transaction into a brand impression.
- Reach out to our Customer Service team and prepare a logo file that meets the specifications.
- Our backend team will take care of the configuration and upload for you.
- Once completed, your logo will automatically print on all subsequent receipts.
